Family Time Services

Triple P Services
Family Time Services are employed when a family enters into the DCYF system and the children have been placed in foster/relative care. During family time services, the family is assigned a Family Time Specialist who will be responsible for taking thorough, objective and detailed notes that detail what happened throughout the visit using behavioral subjective language.
Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behavior and prevent problems developing. Triple P is used in more 30 countries and has been shown to work across cultures, socio-economic groups and in many different kinds of family structures. There are 2 main programs within Triple P; Stepping Stones and Pathways.
