Mentorship Program

The transition from foster care to adulthood is a challenge for many. It takes a network of strong and committed individuals to help and support foster children into adulthood. We help individuals leaving the foster care system as well as other young adults bridge the gap with our mentoring program to independent living.

Peer Mentoring

Our peer mentoring program pairs individuals with trained mentors who provide guidance, support and encouragement every step of the way. The goal is to build meaningful relationships that inspire growth, confidence and success.
