Private pay visitation services are generally employed during the most stressful and difficult situations for families and we are here to help. Our private pay services are designed to foster family preservation and keep a bond between children and both parents. We work with families who are going through a divorce, have a no-contact order, if there are concerns/a court order for one of the parents' parenting skills, concerns of substance abuse and many other circumstances. Here is the process for our services:

• Send in a request form through the CONTACT US page or send an email to pvisitation@transformationalministriesinc.com to get an intake scheduled

• Conduct an intake over the phone or through email with the referral coordinator, send in the court orders and send in your proof of income

• Submit your $40 non-refundable intake fee through the BUY NOW BUTTON at the bottom of this page

• The referral coordinator will attempt to contact the custodial parent for 1 week at least once a day and then check in with the parent requesting services to inquire about moving forward

• Once in contact with the custodial parent, the referral coordinator will assign a supervisor and send all relevant information to all parties. All supervisors have passed background checks, have extensive training, have prior experience/education revolving around children and have all credentials to safely transport children. 

• The schedule, location of visits and all other relevant information for visits will be confirmed between the visitation supervisor, custodial parent and visiting parent

• Whoever is responsible for payment of visits will make a payment on this page and the first visit will be good to start
